October 14th (Wed): Fieldwork in Sapporo with high school students from Fukuoka　10月14日（水）福岡の高校生と札幌の街をフィールドワーク

We are looking for international residents in Sapporo to join a fieldwork activity and intercultural program with Japanese high school students in English. Students from a high school in Fukuoka Prefecture will visit Sapporo for their school trip.
Participants will join a group with the students and spend the day together using English.

◆Date & Time
October 14(Wed), 9:30-17:00

Meeting time: 9:00
As there will be many participants, the meeting time may be moved up by approximately 10 minutes to 8:50.
We will keep you updated.

◆Meeting and Dismissal Location
Meeting and dismissal will be at the hotel where students are staying in Sapporo.
The hotel is approximately:
・A 3-minute walk from JR Shin-Sapporo Station
・A 1-minute walk from Shin- Sapporo subway Station

◆Activity
High school- students (age 16-17) from Fukuoka prefecture will visit Sapporo for their school trip. You will join a small group of students and explore Sapporo together while communicating with them in English.
Each group will consist of 7-8 students and 1 international resident. (Some groups may have 2 international residents.)
The students will plan their fieldwork in advance, and you will accompany them during the day.
The group will return to the hotel by 16:00. After returning, each group will have a review session in the hotel banquet room from 16:00 to 17:00

<Important Note>
※Any expenses related to the fieldwork activities, such as local transportation, lunch, admission fees, and activity fees, will be covered by the students.
(Transportation cost for your round trip between your home and the hotel where the group meets and finishes will be paid by our company together with your compensation.)

※You will have lunch with the students at a restaurant. On the day of the activity, please discuss it with the students and decide together where to have lunch.

Round-trip transportation expenses from your home to the meeting/dismissal location will also be covered.
・Applicants must live in Sapporo city.
・Additional charge for rapid, limited express, or express trains are NOT covered.
・Shinkansen and taxi fares are NOT covered.

Payment will be made by bank transfer on 20th of the following month

◆Additional Position
We are looking for 1 participant to work as a facilitator during the group review session at the hotel from 16:00.
If you would like to take on the facilitator role, you will be asked to attend an online meeting with our company in advance.

On the day of the activity, you will also join the students for the fieldwork activity. On your group, there will be 2 international residents and 7-8 students. From 16:00, you will leave your group and work as the overall facilitator for the review session.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the review activities across all groups.

Additional compensation: 3,500 yen for this role.

生徒たちと一緒に英語を使ってグループ行動をしてくれる方を募集します。

集合は9：00を予定（人数が多いため、状況によりさらに10分程度早い集合になる可能性あり）

◆集合と解散場所
札幌市内の生徒たちが宿泊しているホテルに集合、解散も同じ場所
J新札幌駅から徒歩約3分 / 地下鉄新さっぽろ駅から徒歩約1分

◆内容
福岡県の高校生（16～17歳）が修学旅行で札幌にきます。
札幌をグループで観光する際に、外国人と一緒に英語を使いながら観光します。
生徒7～8名に外国人は1名です（2名の場合もあります）
行程は生徒たちが計画してきます。
16時にホテルに戻ってきて、17時まで、ホテルのバンケットにて班ごとに振り返りを行います

＜街歩き中の注意点＞
※観光にかかる、移動交通費、ランチ代、入場料、体験費用などの経費は、生徒たちがあなたの分も支払います。
（ご自宅から集合解散場所のホテルまでの往復交通費は、当社から報酬と一緒にお振込みいたします）
※ランチは生徒たちと一緒にレストランで食べます。どのお店で食事をするのかは当日生徒たちと話し合って決めてください。

◆その他
参加者の中で1名、16時からのホテルでの振り返りを行う際に、ファシリテーターをやっていただける方を募集します。
ファシリテーターをやっていただく方は、事前に1回当社とオンラインミーティングを行います。
当日は生徒と一緒に街歩きをしますが（1班に2名の外国人が入ります）、16時からの班別の振り返り活動の際は、班から離れ全体を統括するファシリテーターをおこなってください。
このポジションについていただく方は、別途3500円をお支払いいたします。
