May 20th (Wed) Meet at Maihama Hotel: Walking Tour & Cultural Exchange with Junior High School Students from Yamagata 5月20日（水）舞浜のホテル集合 山形県の中学生と街歩きの交流プログラム

Junior high school students from Yamagata Prefecture will be visiting Tokyo for an educational trip. On the second day, they will take part in a walking tour around the city, and we are looking for participants to accompany and support them in groups.

During the program, please communicate with the students in English and share about your home country and your personal experiences.
Many students are not familiar with using trains in Tokyo, so we ask that you kindly support them during transportation and throughout the day.

◆Schedule
May 20th(Wed) 8:30 AM ～ 1:00 PM
Meeting point: A hotel located about 5 minutes by free shuttle bus from Maihama Station
Please take the hotel shuttle bus departing Maihama Station at 7:45 AM or 8:05 AM

※Maihama Station is the nearest station to Tokyo Disney Resort in Chiba Prefecture.

◆Dismissal
Around 1:00 PM at various locations (depends on each group’s itinerary)

◆Details
Third-year junior high school students from Yamagata Prefecture will visit Tokyo for an educational trip.
On the second day, there will be a city walking program during the educational trip.
The walking tour program aims to help students learn about and understand different cultures through interaction with international participants.
As the students are not familiar with Tokyo, especially public transportation, we ask that you support them during travel.

Communication will be in English. Each group’s destination will be announced on the day.

Each group will consist of approximately 6 students and 1 international participant (occasionally 2).
You will have lunch together, and the program ends at 1:00 PM. (depends on each group’s itinerary)

Basic Japanese ability preferred

8,000 Yen
Lunch allowance (up to 1,500 Yen)
Transportation and admission fees related to the sightseeing activities during the program will be reimbursed.
Transportation costs from your home will be reimbursed (limited to residents of Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Ibaraki. Express trains, Shinkansen, and taxis are not covered).

山形県の中学生が東京に研修旅行に来ます。
その2日目に街歩きを予定していますので、その時に生徒と一緒にグループ行動してくれる方を募集します。

移動中は英語を使って生徒に自分の国のこと、ご自身の話をしてください。
生徒は東京で電車に乗ったことがない人も多いので、生徒が困らないようにサポートしてください。

◆日程
5月20日（水）8：30～13：00
集合は、舞浜駅から無料シャトルバスで5分のホテル
舞浜駅発7：45または8：05のホテルのシャトルバスに乗ってください。

※舞浜駅は千葉県の東京ディズニーリゾートがある駅です

◆解散
13：00に各地で解散（解散場所は班によって異なります）

◆内容
山形県の中学3年生が研修旅行で東京に行きます
その中で街歩きのプログラムがあります
外国人と一緒に行動し交流することで、異文化を知り理解することを目的とします。
また、生徒たちは東京に慣れていないため移動（交通）が心配ですので生徒たちをサポートしてあげてください。

コミュニケーション言語は英語です。各班の行き先は当日発表します。

グループの人数は生徒が6名程度、外国人は1名（2名の場合もあます）。
ランチを一緒に食べて、13：00に終了です（解散場所は各班で異なります）
