We are seeking opening team members for ITTO, an experiential Japanese restaurant dedicated to sharing the richness of Japanese cuisine, culture, and traditional craftsmanship with the world.

ITTO is more than just a place to prepare and serve food. They value delivering the full story behind each experience—
Why this ingredient? Why this dishware? Where in Ishikawa does it come from, and who made it?
They aim to provide guests with not only exceptional cuisine, but also the cultural context behind it.

◆Main Responsibilities
Front-of-house service & simple kitchen support
・Guest service and seating
・Basic food preparation and plating

No experience required. Training provided.
This is a rewarding role where you can share the charm of Japanese food culture with guests. Approximately 60% of customers are expected to be international visitors, making this an ideal opportunity for those who wish to utilize their English communication skills.

◆About the restaurant
Located in the historic Higashi Chaya District of Kanazawa, ITTO will introduce a new concept in Japanese dining that encapsulates the essence of Japan.

The space will feature:
・A retail area for the Japanese knife brand “MUSASHI JAPAN”
・A calm and refined dining area with a traditional Japanese atmosphere
With a limited number of seats, the restaurant offers an intimate, private setting where you can provide attentive, high-quality service to each guest.
The interior is newly designed, clean, and comfortable—creating an ideal working environment.
* “MUSASHI JAPAN” (knife retail) and “ITTO” (restaurant) will operate on the same floor.

ITTO is not just a place to “run a restaurant,” but a place to cultivate and share culture.

金沢ひがし茶屋街にNewオープン。
日本の魅力を凝縮した、新しいコンセプトの和食レストランが誕生します。

店内は、和包丁ブランド『MUSASHI JAPAN』の販売スペースと、落ち着いた和の雰囲気を感じられる飲食スペースの2つで構成されています。
席数はあえて少なめにし、隠れ家のようなプライベート感を演出。
お客様一人ひとりに向き合いながら、ワンランク上のサービスを提供できる環境です。
内装も新しく、清潔感にあふれた環境で働けます。
※MUSASHI JAPAN（包丁販売）、ITTO 一刀（飲食店）を同フロアにて展開予定です。

Shift-based schedule: from 4 hours per day, with flexible arrangements
Break time: 45 minutes for shift over 6 hours, and 60 minutes for shift over 8 hours
Working hours: 11:00 AM〜5:00 PM
