海外から展示会に買い付けにくるバイヤーを英語を使って誘導する簡単なお仕事です。

誘導は、バイヤーが宿泊するホテルのロビーからホテルの前に停車するバスまでと、展示会会場（東京ビッグサイト）のバスの停留所から展示会の商談会場までの2種類あります。
どちらに配属になるのかは選べません。

◆日程
3月10日（火）～3月13日（金）
ホテルでの誘導　：　8:00（初日のみ7:45）～12:00頃まで
ビッグサイトでの誘導　：　8:15（初日のみ8:00）～12:15頃まで

※この期間で2日間以上勤務できること。4日間勤務できる人優先

・豊洲駅　徒歩10分のホテル
・東京ビッグサイト

◆仕事内容
東京ビッグサイトで開催される、食品に関する大規模な展示会「FOODEX」に来場する海外バイヤーを誘導するお仕事です。
海外バイヤーを、英語を使って誘導するお仕事です。

ホテルのロビーからホテル前に停車するバスまで誘導するお仕事は、乗車漏れがないかリストをチェックしながら進めます。
または、東京ビッグサイトのバスを降りたところから商談会場までの誘導のお仕事です。

どちらに配属になるのかは選べません。

バイヤーとは英語を使って話します。日本語を使うのはクライアントとやり取りする時なので上手である必要はありません。

◆応募条件
英語と日本語が話せる人（日本語は上手くなくてOK)
期間中、2日間以上勤務できる人（4日間勤務できる人優先）
責任感がある人

◆募集人数
1日につき3名募集（1か所につき、1名配置）

◆アルバイト代
時給2000円
交通費支給します（東京、千葉、神奈川、埼玉在住者に限ります）
翌月20日に銀行振り込みします
※日本の銀行口座をお持ちの方で、居住者の口座のみとなります。
完全帰国で翌月20日より前に解約を予定している方は、応募時に必ずご相談ください。

This is a short-term and easy job where you will guide international buyers visiting Japan for an Exhibition, using English.

There are several possible work locations. Please note that you cannot choose your assignment location.

1. At the hotel lobby where buyers are staying, guiding them from the lobby to the bus waiting point in front of the hotel.
2. At the exhibition venue (Tokyo Big Sight), guiding buyers from the bus drop-off point to the meeting area inside the venue.

◆Date and time
March 10 (Tue) – March 13 (Fri)
1. Hotel assignment: 8:00am to around 12:00pm
(On the first only, the starting time will be 7:45am)

2. Tokyo Big sight assignment: 8:15am to around 12:15pm
(On the first only, the starting time will be 8:00am)

Approximately 4 hours per day.

You are required to work at least two days during this period.
Applicants who are available for all four days will be given priority.

◆Location
You will be assigned to one of the following locations. Please note that you cannot choose your assignment.
-A hotel in front of Oimachi Station
-A hotel located a 10-minute walk from Toyosu Station
-Tokyo Big Sight

◆Contents
You will guide international buyers visiting Japan for the large-scale food exhibition; FOODEX, held at Tokyo Big Sight.

There are two types of job, please note that you cannot choose your location.
1. For the hotel assignment, you will guide buyers from the hotel lobby to the bus waiting point in from of the hotel. You will check the list to ensure that no one is left behind.
2. For the Tokyo Big Sight assignment, you will guide buyers from the bus drop-off point to the meeting area inside the venue.
You will communicate with buyers in English. You will use Japanese only when communicating with our client, so fluency in Japanese is no required.

◆Requirements
・Ability to communicate in English and Japanese (Japanese does not need to be fluent).
・Ability to work at least two days during the period (applicants who can work all four days will be given priority).
・A responsible person

◆Number of recruitment
Three people per day (One person assigned to each location).

◆Compensation
2,000 yen per hour
Transportation expenses will be reimbursed (limited to residents of Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa and Saitama).
Payment will be made by bank transfer on the 20th of the following month.
※Applicants must have a Japanese bank account registered under “Resident” status.

If you plan to permanently leave Japan and close your bank account by the payment date, please be sure inform us at the time of application.
