January 26(Mon) – English communication program with junior high school students form Fukuyama city, Hiroshima Prefecture at conference room in Kyobashi, Tokyo 1月26日（月）東京・京橋の会議室で広島県福山市の中学生と英語を使ったコミュニケーションプログラム

The program will be conducted with second-year junior high school students from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima prefecture, who will be visiting Tokyo on a school trip.
Each group will consist of six students and one international participant. The activities will be conducted in English and focus of group-base communication exercises.

The purpose of this program is to deepen students’ understanding of people from different countries and regions, help them experience the enjoyment of communication in English, and reduce their anxiety about speaking English

◆Date & Time
January 26th(Mon) 13:30-15:30
Meeting time will be13:00

◆Location
Conference room directly connected to Kyobashi Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line)
The venue is also a five-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station.

◆Activity Description
The program will be conducted in small groups, with approximately six students and one international participant in a group working together.

・Students introduce themselves, followed by questions from the international participant (appx for 10 minutes).
・The international participants introduces themselves and their home country, followed by questions from students.(appx 15 minutes)
・Each student will give a presentations about their hometown, Fukuyama city, followed by questions from the international participant. (appx 25 minutes).

The above activities will be conducted with two different international participants, and students will have the opportunity to interact with both.
During your self-introduction and home country presentation, please use visual materials such as slides or images while speaking. Please bring your own laptop, tablet, printed materials, or other visual aids.

・Able to speak Business-level English
・Japanese ability is preferred
・Able to prepare materials (such as slides or PowerPoint) for self-introduction and a presentation about your home country

◆Number of participants
27 people

◆Compensation
￥6,000
・Transportation expenses reimbursed (Limited to residents of Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, Ibaraki; only regular train fare will be reimbursed)
・Payment will be made by bank transfer on the 20th of the following month.

広島県福山市から東京に研修旅行に来る中学2年生と英語を使った交流PGMを実施します。
グループワークで、生徒6名に外国人が1名で活動します。

いろいろな国・地域の方への理解を深めたり、
英語を使ってコミュニケーションをとる楽しさを知り、
英語を話すことへの抵抗感をなくすためのプログラムです。

◆日程
1月26日（月）13：30～15：30
集合は13：00を予定

◆場所
東京メトロ銀座線 京橋駅直結の会議室
JR東京駅からも徒歩5分の場所です

◆内容
生徒6名程度に1名の外国人がはいってグループワークを行います。

・生徒たちの自己紹介、外国人からの質問　約10分
・外国人の自己紹介・母国紹介、生徒たちからの質問　約15分
・福山の紹介（生徒1名ずつプレゼンを用意、外国人に発表）、外国人からの質問　約25分

上記を外国人をチェンジして実施。生徒たちは2名の外国人と交流をします。
自己紹介・母国紹介の際にスライドなど、画像を見せながら話をしてください
（ラップトップやタブレット、紙などをご持参ください）

英語がビジネスレベル話せること
日本語が話せるとなおよい
自己紹介・母国紹介のために準備をしてきてくれる人

交通費実費支給（ただし東京、千葉、神奈川、埼玉、茨城にお住まいの方に限ります）
