日本で働いている留学生から、日本でアルバイトを探す後輩たちへのメッセージ②

日本でアルバイトを探したいのであれば、何よりも、まずは日本語を勉強した方がいい。

まずは、日本語でのコミュニケーション能力を高め、日本の労働文化について学び、日本での就労経験のある友人に相談し、雇用者が労働者に対して、どんなことを求めているか理解することが重要です。

First, it is important to improve your Japanese communication skills, learn about the Japanese work culture, consult with friends who have worked in Japan, and understand what employers expect from their workers.

日本語のスキルは必要不可欠です。他にも、日本や他の国の人たちと繋がりを持つことが重要です。 なぜなら、人脈を作ることは、本当に有益なことで、自分自身の成長にも繋がるからです。

日本で初めてアルバイトをする際は、自分と同じ国出身の先輩がいた方がいいです。なぜなら、日本語がわからない時に母国語でサポートをしてくれるからです。さらに、同郷であれば母国の伝統的なお祝い事も一緒に祝うことができます。
