3-day English camp with junior high school students at a hot spring inn in Gunma　群馬の温泉旅館で中学生と3日間のイングリッシュキャンプ

We are going to have 3-day English camp with junior high school students while staying at Ryokan (Japanese inn) with hot spring!

◆Date
July 9th(Thu) ~ 11th(Sat) 2 nights and 3 days
※To participate 3 days is compulsory

＜Tentative schedule＞

※There’s a possibility of change in schedule
※Meet up time on 9th: around 11:00AM
※In the evening, we will have dinner and then do some fun activities together until around 19:30. After that you will have free time.

◆Place
Ryokan (Japanese inn) with hot spring near JR Isobe station in Gumma prefecture
※4 more stops from Takasaki station. About 2 and half hours away from Tokyo
※You can use the Shinkansen only on the way to Takasaki station. Please use regular/local trains on the way back.

◆Contents
This is 3-day English camp with 2nd junior high school students (13~14 years old) while staying at Ryokan.
We are going to play lots of English games under the facilitator’s instructions.
Each group consists of 8 Japanese students and 1~2 international students.
1~2 international students will participate as supporter for the facilitator.

◆Conditions to apply
Who is able to participate for 3 days fully
English level: Above Business level
Japanese level: Basic level preferred

◆Notice
※Free accommodation
※3~4 participants will stay in one room together (separated for male and female) . Private rooms are not available due to amount of capacity. The rooms will be Japanese-style with a bath and toilet. There is also a large onsen bath for public use.(Please follow the rules when bathing in the hot springs. Swimsuits are not permitted.)
※Meals will be provided from lunch on the first day to lunch on the third day.
Breakfast will be buffet style, while lunch and dinner will be fixed meals.
If you have dietary requirements such as halal or vegan, they may not be able to accommodate you. In such cases, we would have to ask you to bring your own food.
※The school, our company, and other related parties may take photographs and videos and use them for public relations and sales activities.
※We plan to ask you to complete two small tasks in advance.
One is to prepare something for a game, and the other is to create a slide. Neither task is difficult.

◆Reward
32,000 yen
※Participation for 3 days fully is compulsory
We will reimburse transportation fee and pay with the reward.
※Only from Kanto area
※You can use the Shinkansen only on the way to Takasaki station.
Shinkansen fare will be reimbursed, reserved seats allowed but not Green Car.
Please use regular/local trains on the way back.
※Japanese bank transfer only

埼玉県の中学生とゲームなどを中心とした3日間のイングリッシュキャンプです。
場所は群馬県で、温泉旅館に宿泊しておこないます。

※初日の集合は11:45頃を予定。

◆場所
群馬県のJR磯部駅　徒歩5分の和風の温泉宿です。
※高崎駅から4駅先の駅です。東京から2時間30分くらいの場所です
※行きのみ高崎駅まで新幹線利用OKです。帰りは普通列車をご利用ください。

◆内容
中学2年生（13～14歳）と3日間の宿泊で行われるイングリッシュキャンプです。
ファシリテーターの指示のもと、ゲームを中心に進めていきます。
1グループ、生徒8名に外国人は1～2名、
1～2名の外国人はファシリテーターのサポート役として活動する予定です。

※宿泊費用は無料です。
※宿泊施設は個室ではなく3～4名で1部屋を利用します（男女別）
和室でお風呂とトイレが付いているお部屋の予定です。
温泉の大浴場もあります（温泉は、入り方のルールを守って入浴してください。水着不可です）
※食事は、初日の昼食から3日目の昼食まで提供があります
朝食は ブュッフェ形式で、昼食と夕食は決まった固定の食事の予定です。
ハラル、ヴィーガンなどの場合、宿が対応できない場合があります。その際は持参をお願いします。
※学校や当社、その他関係者が写真や動画撮影をして広報活動や営業活動に使用する場合があります。
※事前に2点程度のタスクをお願いする予定です。一つはゲームに使うもの、もう一つはスライドの作成です。いずれも難しいものではありません

◆報酬
32,000円（3日間参加必須）
交通費実費支給（ただし、東京、千葉、埼玉、神奈川、群馬の方に限ります）
※行きのみ、高崎駅まで新幹線利用OKです（指定席可、グリーン車不可）
帰りは普通列車の利用をお願いします
※月末締め8月20日に日本の銀行口座にお振込みします。
