We are seeking opening team members for ITTO, an experiential Japanese restaurant dedicated to sharing the richness of Japanese cuisine, culture, and traditional craftsmanship with the world.

ITTO is more than just a place to prepare and serve food. They value delivering the full story behind each experience—
Why this ingredient? Why this dishware? Where in Hiroshima does it come from, and who made it?
They aim to provide guests with not only exceptional cuisine, but also the cultural context behind it.

◆Main Responsibilities
Front-of-house service & simple kitchen support
・Guest service and seating
・Basic food preparation and plating

No experience required. Training provided.
This is a rewarding role where you can share the charm of Japanese food culture with guests. Approximately 60% of customers are expected to be international visitors, making this an ideal opportunity for those who wish to utilize their English communication skills.

◆About the restaurant
A new Japanese restaurant and café will open in the heart of Hiroshima, just a one-minute walk from Hondori Station.
This new concept space brings together the essence of Japan’s charm in a single location.
The venue spans two floors:
The first floor features a retail space for the Japanese knife brand “MUSASHI JAPAN,” while the second floor offers a calm dining area with a refined Japanese atmosphere.
With a deliberately limited number of seats, the space creates an intimate, hidden retreat-like experience. This allows staff to provide attentive, high-quality service tailored to each guest.
The interior is newly designed, offering a clean and comfortable working environment.

ITTO is not just a place to “run a restaurant,” but a place to cultivate and share culture.
As an opening team member, you will help create:

日本の魅力を凝縮した、新しいコンセプトの和食レストラン＆カフェが誕生します。
店内は2階建ての構成です。
1階は和包丁ブランド『MUSASHI JAPAN』の販売スペース。
そして2階が、落ち着いた和の雰囲気を感じられる飲食スペースとなります。
席数はあえて少なめにし、隠れ家のようなプライベート感を演出。
お客様一人ひとりに向き合いながら、ワンランク上のサービスを提供できる環境です。
内装も新しく、清潔感にあふれた環境で働けます。

Shift-based schedule: from 4 hours per day, with flexible arrangements
Break time: 45 minutes for shift over 6 hours, and 60 minutes for shift over 8 hours
Working hours: 11:30 AM〜10:00 PM
