We are pleased to invite four pairs (two people each) to a luxury tour that includes a one-night stay at a 5-star hotel and a pairing dinner featuring Kobe beef and alcohol.
Please participate as a pair, such as friends or couples.
One representative should apply and enter the accompanying person’s information in the self-promotion section of the application form.For the accompanying person, please provide:
– Nationality
– Gender
– Age
(If selected, we will ask for details about both individuals. You may also be required to fill out a dedicated application form.)◆Requirements

– Over 20 years old
– Must be able to drink alcohol (this tour includes enjoying food and alcohol pairings)
– Must be able to eat meat, including beef
– Must agree to respond to a survey

Day 1: December 18th (Wed)13:00: Pick up at JR Sannomiya Station (transportation by hired car)
14:00~15:00: ROKKOSAN RANCH
The private area of Rokkosan Ranch will be open to the public for the first time at this tour.
Visitors will receive a lecture on the history of Kobe Beef and its breeding methods.15:30~16:30:GYOZA TASTING
Through a gyoza-making experience at Ganso Gyoza-En, participants will learn about Kobe’s food culture.
The owner of Gyoza-En, Toru Korosue, will explain the historical background of Kobe Beef, known as a high-class food item, and how it has been perceived and enjoyed by the locals.

A Gastronomy Experience featuring Kobe Beef and Sake
Each part of Kobe Beef will be paired with sake from Nada Gogo, accompanied by a lecture on its historical background, while enjoying a teppanyaki performance in a room that is not usually open to the public.
This special Kobe Beef dinner experience will be prepared by Chef Kuwasaki, a Master Teppanyaki Chef.Day 2: December 19th (Thu)
