Position Available: EXPERIENCED English Teacher for Children – Aichi, Gifu, and Kansai area

We are seeking enthusiastic EXPERIENCED English teachers in Aichi, Gifu, and Kansai area. As an international program instructor, you will lead engaging lessons that incorporate dancing, singing, and interactive English games.

◆Key Responsibilities
– Deliver English lessons to children aged 0 to 15, segmented by age group.
– Set up, execute, and clean up after lessons.
– Engage with students and their parents to foster a positive learning environment.
– Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.

◆Location
Benesse BE Studio PLAZA branches across Aichi, Gifu, and Kansai area.
*A fixed classroom in Aichi, Gifu, and Kansai area. (Within one hour from the nearest station to your place.)

◆Compensation
You can specify your desired salary type, but the hiring manager will make a decision based on experience and skills.

【Monthly Salary】
– Weekends + 3 Weekdays: ¥264,000 – ¥275,000 (Includes social insurance)
– Saturdays + 4 Weekdays: ¥240,000 – ¥250,000 (Includes social insurance)

【Daily Salary】
– 1 to 5 days a week: ¥10,000 to ¥15,000 (Social insurance included for working 4 days or more per week)

【Hourly Wage】
– ¥2,000 to ¥3,500

◆Work Schedule
– Shift: Fixed days 6~8hrs/day between 10:00-19:00
– Breaks: 45 minutes if working over 6 hours, 60 minutes if over 8 hours

After acceptance, you will have 30-40 hours of training before the official job offer.
Hourly wage for training: Minimum wage + actual transportation fee

②Practice session
③In-person training
④Live class observation

◆Qualifications
– Native level English speaker with a clear accent (Japanese language skills are not required).
– Enjoyment of working with children, with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
– Comfortable singing and dancing in English during the lesson.
– Must be able to work for at least 1 year and more.
– Available to work at least once a week for fixed shift
– At least one year of experience as an English teacher.
– (Preferred) TESOL/TEFL Holder or Studied in Child education
