非居住者の銀行口座の方

お持ちの銀行口座が「非居住者」の方に重要なお知らせです。

「非居住者」の口座の方には当社から送金ができません。そのためご自身の銀行口座が「居住者」なのか「非居住者」なのか確認をお願いいたします。

ゆうちょ銀行で通帳をお持ちの方は、通帳の表紙の裏側のページに「非居住者」と書かれています。「非居住者」と書かれていて、日本に6か月以上お住まいの方は、ゆうちょ銀行の窓口で「居住者」に変更をしてください。（在留カード、通帳・キャッシュカード、印鑑を持参）

それ以外の銀行については各銀行にお問い合わせください。

日本での居住期間が短い方で「非居住者」の口座しかお持ちでない方「非居住者」から「居住者」への変更が出来ない方はご連絡ください。

This is an important notice for those whose bank account is registered as a “Non-Resident（非居住者）” account.

We are unable to make transfers to Non-Resident accounts.
Please check whether your bank account is registered as a Resident or Non-Resident account.

If you have a Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) account with a bankbook, please check the page inside the front cover.
It will indicate whether your account is registered as “Non-Resident（非居住者）.”
If your account is marked “Non-Resident” and you have been residing in Japan for more than six months, please visit a Yucho Bank branch to change your account to a Resident account.(Be sure to bring your residence card, bankbook and/or cash card, and personal seal.)

For accounts with other banks, please contact your bank directly for confirmation and any required procedures.

If you have been living in Japan for a short period and only have a Non-Resident account, or if you are unable to change your account to a Resident account, please contact us.
