Overview
Japanese food is an intangible cultural heritage that Japan is proud to share with the world. ABC Cooking Travel offers a course which includes wide variety of Japanese dishes such as sushi rolls to brighten up a home party, okonomiyaki, which is enjoyed in Japanese households on a daily basis, and soba noodles made from scratch, which can be a bit challenging to make. ABC Cooking Travel has been providing cooking lessons to foreign visitors to Japan for many years, and our instructors, who are Japanese "mothers" in charge of their own families, will teach you how to cook typical Japanese dishes in a fun and enjoyable way. With Marunouchi's convenient accessibility, why don't you invite your friends and learn about Japanese cuisine over lunch in a casual atmosphere?

■First Month（September）
①September 7th (Wednesday) 11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Sushi Set Meal（Sushi Roll, Temari Sushi, Tamagoyaki (Japanese egg omelet), Miso Soup）
②September 21th（Wednesday）11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Teriyaki Chicken Bento（Teriyaki Chicken, Rice Balls, Dashi-maki Tamago, Boiled spinach with Sesame Dressing）
*If you wish to take a make-up lesson, it will be moved to September 30th (Friday).
■2nd Month（October）
①October 5th（Wednesday）11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Tempura Set Meal（Tempura, Pan cooked Rice, Japanese Clear Soup and Dipping Sauce）
②October 19th（Wednesday）11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Okonomiyaki（Okonomiyaki, Stir-Fried Pork with Miso, Dessert）
*If you wish to take a make-up lesson, it will be moved to October 28th (Friday).
■3rd Month（November）
①November 2nd（Wednesday）11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Tonkatsu Set Meal（tonkatsu (Japanese pork cutlet), Rice, Potato Salad, Miso-soup）
②November 16th（Wednesday）11:00am～12:30pm
Cooking Menu: Soba Set Meal（soba, tempura, and dipping sauce）
*You will cook Soba noodle from scratch!
*If you wish to take a make-up lesson, it will be moved to November 25th (Friday).
Lesson Fee:Admission Fee 3,000JPY (tax included), Lesson Fee 18,000JPY/month (tax included) *Applications per month are also accepted.
Duration:90minutes（60min for lesson, 30min. for lunch）
Meeting Point：ABC Cooking Marunouchi Studio （B2 floor of Kokusai bldg, Marunouchi 3-1-1, Chiyoda, Tokyo 100-0005）
Access:
a) Metro Hibiya Line, Metro Chiyoda Line or Toei Mita Line [Hibiya Station (H07/C09)] directly connected (Exit B3 or B4)
b) Metro Yurakucho Line [Yurakucho Station (Y18)] directly connected (Exit B3 or B4)
c) JR Yamanote Line or JR Keihin-tohoku Line [Yurakucho Station (JY30/JK25)]. 3 mins walk from Exit Tokyo International Forum. The cooking studio is located on the 2nd basement floor.

Cut-off Time：You can make reservation up to 24 hours in advance of the experience.
Class Size:minimum of 2 people to maximum of 8 people
*One instructor will give lessons for 2-4 people, and two instructors will give lessons for 5 or more people.
*Minimum number of participants to hold a class is 2 people.
Cancellation Policy: non-refundable after reservation
※the make-up can be made up to 24 hours before the lesson starts to the designated make-up day for each month.
※The admission fee is non-refundable.
Additional Notice:
*If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the lesson start time, the lesson will be cancelled.
*We will provide disposable aprons and hand towels for your participation.
*For those menus that can be taken home, you will be given a pack to take home.
*If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at the time of reservation.

ABC Cooking Travel is a group company of ABC Cooking Studio, Japan's largest cooking school with studios all over Japan, and has been operating inbound business since 2016, offering various events, lessons, and tours in English for foreigners visiting Japan.
